Shariah supervision
An optional Sharia-supervised track, certified by scholars you trust.
ReptoState Sharia is an opt-in investment lane. Properties on this track are certified by a panel of qualified Pakistani Shariah scholars, with each certification reviewable on the property page.
The certification process
- 1. Property screen. The property's use, tenant business, and revenue model are reviewed for Sharia compatibility (no riba, no haram-business tenants, no excessive uncertainty).
- 2. Structure review. The SPV, investor agreement, and rental distribution mechanism are reviewed for riba-avoidance.
- 3. Scholar certification. A panel of two or more Pakistani Shariah scholars issues a written certificate attached to the property listing.
- 4. Periodic re-review. Each Sharia-certified property is re-reviewed annually to ensure ongoing compliance.
