1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of the ReptoState platform operated by ReptoState (Private) Limited ("ReptoState", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract under the laws of Pakistan, and provide accurate information during KYC verification. Certain features may have additional eligibility requirements disclosed at the time of use.
3. Account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, market manipulation, harassment of staff or other users, or any activity that could disrupt the integrity of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
5. Fees
All applicable fees are disclosed on the relevant property page and at the point of transaction. Fees may change for future transactions but not retroactively.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReptoState's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the platform fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Disputes & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Karachi.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email and the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
