Principle
ReptoState operates a zero-tolerance approach to corruption. We will not offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe, kickback or improper inducement in connection with our business — including in dealings with property owners, agents, government officials, regulators, suppliers, or any other counterparty.
What we mean by corruption
Corruption includes bribery (offering or accepting anything of value to influence a decision), kickbacks (a portion of a payment returned as an inducement), facilitation payments (small payments to expedite routine government action), and improper inducements (gifts, hospitality, or favours intended to influence judgement).
Gifts and hospitality
Reasonable, infrequent gifts and hospitality may be acceptable when they are transparent, proportionate, and offered in the normal course of business. They must never be given or accepted to influence a decision.
All gifts and hospitality above Rs. 10,000 in value must be declared to the Compliance Officer and recorded in our register. Anything above Rs. 50,000 requires pre-approval.
Third parties
We perform due diligence on counterparties (property owners, agents, contractors, partners) before engagement. Any third party engaged on ReptoState's behalf must agree to comply with this policy. Breaches by a third party can result in termination of the relationship and reporting to authorities where required.
Training and culture
All staff complete anti-corruption training on joining ReptoState and annually thereafter. Compliance is part of every performance review. We encourage staff to raise concerns through the whistleblowing channel without fear of retaliation.
Enforcement
Breach of this policy by an employee is a disciplinary matter that may result in dismissal and reporting to authorities. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory investigations.
