How we plan to calculate this
From the tenant's rent to your account.
- 1Rent is collected from the property's tenant on the agreed schedule.
- 2Property management fees, distribution fees, and a small vacancy reserve are deducted.
- 3Whatever is left is the net amount available for investors.
- 4Each investor's share is calculated from the blocks they own at the time of the payout.
- 5Their share is credited to their in-platform wallet, with a record in their transactions.
- 6Investors can withdraw to their verified bank account whenever they like.
