1. The Sharia-reviewed track
ReptoState plans to offer an optional Sharia-reviewed investment track. Properties and investment structures on this track are intended to be reviewed and certified by a qualified Pakistani Sharia advisor before being marketed as Sharia-compliant. Non-Sharia properties continue as conventional investments.

3. The review process
- Property and rental structure submitted to the advisor.
- Underlying contracts reviewed for riba, gharar, and impermissible use.
- Fee structure reviewed for permissible charging mechanisms.
- Written certificate issued by the advisor (or board) on success.
- Certificate published on the property page and linked from this page.
4. Signed certificate
The signed Sharia certificate will be hosted here once issued: {{ FOUNDER: certificate_pdf_url }}.

5. What we will not claim
No property is marketed as Sharia-compliant until a written certificate from our named advisor has been published on this page and on the property page. Until then, properties show only "Sharia review planned" — never "approved".
