Sharia compliance

The planned Sharia-reviewed track on ReptoState — who reviews it, how, and where to find the certificates.

Draft placeholder. Draft content under legal review. To be finalised by Pakistani corporate counsel. Not legal advice. No property has been certified Sharia-compliant yet. Founder must name the scholar / board and host their signed certificate before this page can be published as final.

1. The Sharia-reviewed track

ReptoState plans to offer an optional Sharia-reviewed investment track. Properties and investment structures on this track are intended to be reviewed and certified by a qualified Pakistani Sharia advisor before being marketed as Sharia-compliant. Non-Sharia properties continue as conventional investments.

2. Our Sharia advisor

Lead advisor: {{ FOUNDER: sharia_advisor_name }}.

Bio and credentials: {{ FOUNDER: sharia_advisor_bio }}.

If we appoint a multi-scholar board, the additional members will be listed here: {{ FOUNDER: sharia_board_members }}.

3. The review process

  1. Property and rental structure submitted to the advisor.
  2. Underlying contracts reviewed for riba, gharar, and impermissible use.
  3. Fee structure reviewed for permissible charging mechanisms.
  4. Written certificate issued by the advisor (or board) on success.
  5. Certificate published on the property page and linked from this page.

4. Signed certificate

The signed Sharia certificate will be hosted here once issued: {{ FOUNDER: certificate_pdf_url }}.

Where a separate fatwa is issued, it will also be linked here: {{ FOUNDER: fatwa_pdf_url }}.

5. What we will not claim

No property is marketed as Sharia-compliant until a written certificate from our named advisor has been published on this page and on the property page. Until then, properties show only "Sharia review planned" — never "approved".

6. Questions
