1. Who can use this channel
Anyone — current and former employees, contractors, agents, partners, vendors, investors, and members of the public. You do not need proof. You need a good-faith belief that something is wrong.
2. What to report
- Fraud, theft, misappropriation of investor funds.
- Violations of Pakistani law, SECP / SBP / FBR rules, or our own policies.
- Money-laundering or sanctions-evasion concerns.
- Conflicts of interest by staff, directors, or partners.
- Bribery, kickbacks, or improper gifts.
- Harassment, discrimination, unsafe practices.
- Deliberate misleading of investors or regulators.
3. How to report — independent intake
Reports are received and triaged by an independent third party so that no one inside ReptoState can see the raw submission before it has been logged:

You may report anonymously. We will still investigate.
4. Who reads it internally
The intake firm forwards de-identified summaries (with identity redacted at your request) to {{ FOUNDER: board_audit_chair }}, who is responsible for ensuring the matter is investigated.
5. Anti-retaliation guarantee
No one will be dismissed, demoted, denied promotion, harassed, or otherwise disadvantaged for raising a good-faith concern. Any retaliation is itself treated as serious misconduct.
6. What you will hear back
The intake firm will acknowledge your report within 7 days. We will share an outcome — or a status update if the investigation is still ongoing — within 90 days. Where confidentiality or legal privilege requires us to withhold detail, we will say so.
