Three rules that keep it fair.
Secondary markets fail when they're manipulated. We engineered ours to be fair by default — these rules apply automatically, with no admin intervention required.
3-month lock-in
Blocks can't be listed for resale for 3 months after initial purchase (or after the property starts earning, whichever is later).
±15% price band
Listings must be within 15% above or below the latest independent valuation — refreshed every 6 months. Stops market manipulation.
Approved-buyer only
Only KYC-verified investors can browse or buy. Anti-wash-trading checks prevent the same beneficial owner appearing on both sides.
Simple, flat fees.
