Commission rates are placeholder pending founder + counsel sign-off. Final rates, payment cadence, withholding tax handling, and the volume thresholds will be set out in the signed Agent Agreement before any commission is paid.

    Fill the agent application — full name, CNIC, mobile, primary cities, any licence number you carry, and where we can find your work.

    Verify

    We KYC you the same way we KYC investors. CNIC checked, references called, your licence verified where applicable.

  3. 3

    Activate

    Approved agents get a Pro dashboard, a personal brochure URL, and access to the verified property pipeline.

  4. 4

    Refer

    Share property brochures and pre-approval links carrying your code. Every conversion is attributed back to you automatically.

  5. 5

    Get paid

    Commissions accrue per closed deal. Withdraw to a verified bank account through the standard payout flow.

Verification

We verify every agent before they get our listings.

Investors trust us. We pass that trust on to the agents we work with — which means we have to be careful about who joins.

  • CNIC + identity check
    Same liveness + ID match we run for investors. PEP and sanctions screening at intake.
  • Licence verification (where applicable)
    Provincial real-estate authority licence — if you carry one — is verified before you go live. Unlicensed agents are still welcome; they sit on a separate track.
  • References
    We call one or two prior clients or supervisors before approval, especially for higher tiers.
  • Code of conduct
    Every Pro agent signs a code covering disclosure, anti-bribery, fair-dealing and complaint handling. Breaches end the partnership.
